Dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Stock is held in Australia and with our supply partners in Japan and China; depending on availability your order may ship from either, and overseas dispatches can take longer and may be subject to customs clearance. We will contact you if that materially affects your delivery time.

Delivery (Australia Post). $2 on orders under $20, $7.50 to $50, $9.50 to $100, $10 up to $500, and free over $500. Delivery within Australia is typically 3–7 business days; New Zealand 7–14; rest of world 10–21. Every parcel is tracked and you receive the tracking number by email.

Returns. We follow Australian Consumer Law. Returns are accepted where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, the product and the issue. Sealed products must remain unopened. Because of the collectible nature of our products we do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns of opened sealed product.
