Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for delays or loss once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Please contact us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe — we’ll assist in raising a claim with the carrier.
Dispatch Locations
PikaCards holds stock across multiple locations. Depending on availability at the time of purchase, your order may be dispatched from our Australian warehouse or directly from our supply partners in Japan or China. We reserve the right to fulfil any order from whichever location is able to service it best.
All products are genuine, factory-sealed items sourced from authorised distributors, and carry the same authenticity guarantee and returns entitlements regardless of the location they are dispatched from.
Orders fulfilled from an overseas location may take longer than the estimated delivery times listed above and may be subject to customs clearance. Where this is likely to materially affect your delivery timeframe, we will contact you.
